Drapery/Cape test

Lately I find less and less attractive to draw what I usually know how to draw. It's like I need new goals or new motivations to improve my drawing skill.
So, in this constant struggle to fill some of my (big) gaps in my "artistry" I thought I need to study drapery much more. 
Here's a test I colored quickly (and badly) using a Thor as subject (I know his boots are different but I like loose boots). I didn't use references at all, it would have come out much better but I would have learned much less. I'm still undecided if I should try a new study with refs this time.
