Marvel Adventures: Spider-Man #16

Another memorable issue, starring Doc Stange!! I gave him my father's hair and mustaches! :) I really digged drawing all his magical effects and those demons-like creatures.

Marvel Adventures: Spider-Man #14

Mysterio!! Great character! :) I wanted him to be pretty tough phisically so there would be a better contast compared to spider-man's small frame. Indeed this was an amazingly funny issue to draw with all his illusions, but I guess it's not easy to understand without the text all the changes happening from one panel to the next caused by mysterio's allucinations.

Marvel Adventures: Spider-Man #12

This issue sets the end of the Torino's family with the arrest of the old godfather using a clever and bold strategy. It was really a lovely written book from Paul Tobin.

Looking back at old pages is always a pain cause I see all the mistakes/horrors I did and I stupidly left there. I do hope that seeing errors means I'm a bit better now...

Marvel Adventures: Spider-Man #10

This issue starred Colleen Coover as guest artist for some pages and she did a wonderful work for this book. I hope my pages was enjoyable as hers.

Marvel Adventures: Spider-Man #09

This was the second book in which I had to draw wolverine tag teaming with spider-man. I had a lot of fun mostly when he's not in costume cause I really dig Logan.

Also about costumes, Spidey in the first pages of this issue sports a new outfit that my editor Nate Cosby and writer Paul Tobin asked me to design. I had to make it completely different from the spidey one (while still making him recognizable as spidey) since he also changed his name to AGENT 9! I totally LOVED trying this costume design even though now I'm not truly satisfied with it. :)

...I'll start posting everyday some penciled pages I did for Marvel Adventures Spider-Man series starting from issues I did back in 2010.
My run on the series is over now and I have some spare time to post some pages and hopefully some new stuff.

Hey! I just re-arranged my blog to give it a fresh look.

I added a poll on the left (for my 2-3 readers) so please vote what you'd prefer to see on this blog. If you want something not listed please write it in the comments here.

Also I finally understood what was wrong in the blog. First of all the model I choose on blogger layouts didn't allow to enlarge pictures, big problem. Then also each time I shared an Instagram picture via email it glitched the whole blog (sidebars and posts) cause the html in the email Instagram sends to share is poorly written and it lacks at the end of the code. Shame on you, Instagram!

Back from France and Checklist update.

Hey everyone! I'm back from my awesome trip to France (Bretagne, Normandy and Paris) and I'm all thrilled to start drawing again after these 2 weeks of "not-even-touched-a-pencil" (so I'm expecting a lot of rust in my first sketches).
